Charalampos Androulidakis
Dr Charalampos Androulidakis is a post-doc fellow in the FORTH/ICEHT institute and holds a diploma and a Masters Degree in civil engineering from Universities of Patras and Thessaly. His Ph.D. studies were in material science and specifically in nanomechanics of graphene. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and a registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He is a member of the Composites & Nanostructured Materials Laboratory, CNM, since 2011.
He has experience in finite element and mathematical modeling, as well as experimental work using various techniques. His research interests lie on nano- mechanics, thin film instabilities, solid mechanics, non-linear dynamic analysis and composite materials. Currently his research is focused on the mechanics of graphene and graphene nano-composites.
